Welcome to Te-Pohutukawa Properties and Classic Cruises. We specialise in waterside,
self contained, boutique accommodation as well as operating a boat charter with our
classic wooden boat Ratanui. Te-Pohutukawa Properties & Classic Cruises is located in
Okere Falls, Rotorua, New Zealand on Lake Rotoiti.
All of our properties are lakeside and are easily accessed by a short twenty minute drive
from Rotorua. Our location means you can explore the many attractions Rotorua has
to offer or sit back and enjoy the peace and tranquility of staying lakeside. We can cater
for couples through to larger families or groups as well as offering accommodation in a
price range that suits your budget. All of our properties have their own jetty for your use
if you bring your own boat, or better still, enable you to be picked up for a cruise on Lake
Rotoiti with Classic Cruises.
Classic Cruises can tailor any trip to suit your needs or
budget. Some of the more popular excursions include trips to soak in the Manupirua Thermal
Springs, which can only be accessed by boat. Classic Cruises can also cater for your exclusive opportunity to fish for the famous Rainbow Trout in Lake Rotoiti.
Okere Falls has a range of things to do from small bush walks to white water rafting or
visiting the Okere Falls Store & Beer Garden.

A well thought out and equipped small bach with deck. Section has large trees and open lawn fringed by garden. Water to edge of lawn with kayaks and dinghy to play in. Attentive owners keen to ensure a successful visit.

Wow! we stayed for four nights and had a fabulous fun filled and very relaxing family holiday! Guy and Jess are the perfect hosts, such warm and friendly people. Guy took us to the hot pools on his beautiful boat, the kids loved the kayaks. We didn't want to leave and we will definitely be back. The perfect kiwi bach in a spectacular setting.
